Excellent service

"I ordered a belgian chocolate cake and flowers for a friend of mine for her birthday gift as I live in Canada. I placed the order a week ago and today without any prompt it was delivered to the intended person. Throughout the week, I was in regular touch with the customer service representatives of Forever Florist who would usually reply back to my email questions within fifteen minutes. Their standard of customer service has been exceptional and as soon as the item was delivered an email confirmation was sent to me. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will be definitely giving them more business in the future. "
