Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering

• We deliver 7 Days a week 365 days a year
• Our standard delivery hours are from 8.00am - 7.00pm
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order however we are unable to guarantee AM or exact delivery times between our delivery hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date you specify.
We guarantee same day delivery (if required) for orders placed before 1.00pm (Recipients Time Zone).
• We have a flat rate delivery fee of $9 to all locations in nationwide.
• We deliver to all residenial, commercial, retail, government and public addresses.
• When you order please include your recipients (receivers) contact telephone number in case they are not available when we attempt delivery.
• If we do have to telephone your recipient we will not inform them that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise.
• Please Note - We will ONLY call if there is a delivery problem.
• If there is no one home when we try to deliver we will telephone your recipient and arrange to deliver at their convenience. If we are unable to speak to your recipient on the telephone your order will be returned to our flower shop and placed in our flower cooler until we can make a redelivery.
